You’ll also have access to your custom-tailored program wherever you go,  taking into account home vs. gym, as well as what equipment you have available. I have been a personal trainer for 15 years and an athlete all my life. I am also a mother of two, so I don’t have time to waste in the gym, my workouts have to be quick and effective. Over the years I have trained women in all age ranges and in all stages of life from pregnancy to menopause. What I have learned is that personal training is not a one size fits all approach. Everyone is different, but the basics still apply. With my programs, you will learn the fundamental principles of exercise and nutrition so that you have an understanding not only of what works for you but why. I customize each program so that you get the best experience possible and enjoy your workouts. If you are having fun, your goal is so much easier to attain. I’m your biggest cheerleader, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.

If you can’t make it to the gym, no problem. If you have the desire to change, I can back it up with a quality program that will help you succeed. Work out from your own home whenever it is convenient for you and I will check in to make sure you are doing what needs to be done. Your workouts are delivered to your inbox monthly.

Tired of spending an hour a day on the elliptical and not getting the results you want? We focus on eating the right foods, training efficiently, and spending as little time in the gym as possible to get real results. Through strength training, dialed-in intensity, nutrition plans designed for your body, and scheduled rest days we get the results you want in less time. My training programs tell you what to do and when, so you can save time and focus on the rest of your busy life.

I Work Around Your Schedule

If you need to train for 30 minutes or one hour, twice a week or all five days, I can make it work for you. Moms lead fast paced lives that change quickly and need to be constantly modified.

If you are training online, you can dictate your schedule. If you choose to train in person, I offer one hour sessions at my private studio. 

My Approach

I am passionate about empowering women to reach their health and fitness goals.

I’ve pursued careers in the gym and restaurant world, and I have trained over 100 1:1 clients before opening my own private studio. It was there that I found my niche helping women create healthy habits that fit their lifestyle and goals.

As a busy mom, I also recognize that there are a lot of options out there when it comes to taking care of your body and it’s sometimes hard to decide which ones are the best choice for you.

In addition to creating a space to train clients online, this blog also serves as a site where you can come to get real, legitimate information and reviews of the best fitness and health brands. I review products and programs that I have either personally used and loved or that I have researched extensively and know that they provide value.

Choose a Coaching Plan

Based on your goals, we will choose a coaching plan that is right for you. Lydia will assess your workout space, available equipment, and review any health concerns that should be considered when designing your custom program.

Reach Your Goals

Lydia will track your progress with weekly check-ins where you’ll get instructions on proper technique and the accountability and support to stick with it. Your fitness program and will tweaked as needed to ensure maximum results.

Online Fitness Training

Personalized fitness programs designed for you and delivered online with 1:1 coaching from Lydia Rose. Lydia will schedule a Zoom consultation to go over your specific goals and create your program. With weekly check-ins, emails, and accountability, you will reach your goals faster and maintain your results.
