With HomeBody, we focus on creating healthy habits and completing workouts with minimal equipment. Everyone should be able to look and feel their best no matter where they are. 

Healthy Habits That Last

Based on my 15 years in the fitness industry and backed by science, the HomeBody Fitness Program features 60 instructor-led workouts that you can complete from home with minimal equipment.

The workouts are simple 20-30 minute sessions that you can complete 5 days per week. Designed for busy moms (but suitable for anyone), the goal of HomeBody is to fix any imbalances you may have from pregnancy and childbirth, build strength and stamina, and help you get used to regular exercise.

This program features on three monthly modules, each month building off the previous month, slowly advancing you as you become stronger with each module.
