Hi, I’m Lydia! My goal is to educate and empower you to live a fit and healthy lifestyle long after your workout is done. You don’t need a gym to get killer results, but you do need accountability. That’s where I come in.
My Story
I am a fitness coach, professionally trained pastry chef, and certified nutritionist. Most importantly, I’m a mom and wife.
My fitness career has progressed from training 1:1 clients in big box gyms to owning my own fitness studio, to today, where I primarily train online.
I use the knowledge gained working with premier kitchens, bakeries, and picky kids to design nutrition plans that are simple and sustainable for a healthy lifestyle.

My Approach
I am passionate about empowering women to reach their health and fitness goals.
I’ve pursued careers in the gym and restaurant world, and I have trained over 100 1:1 clients before opening my own private studio. It was there that I found my niche helping women create healthy habits that fit their lifestyle and goals.
As a busy mom, I also recognize that there are a lot of options out there when it comes to taking care of your body and it’s sometimes hard to decide which ones are the best choice for you.
In addition to creating a space to train clients online, this blog also serves as a site where you can come to get real, legitimate information and reviews of the best fitness and health brands. I review products and programs that I have either personally used and loved or that I have researched extensively and know that they provide value.
