What is Online Coaching?
Will it work for me?

Online fitness coaching saves you time, money, and empowers you to work out with a trainer you trust no matter where you live or are traveling. If you’re a busy woman, I can work around your hectic schedule and provide programs designed to help you reach your fitness goals. I’ve been working online for years, designing customized fitness and nutrition plans for women in every stage of life.  

 

Do I have to sign a contract to train online?

No. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. Lydia is here to serve you and if you feel like that service is no longer needed, then you are free to go and live your life. We just hope you learned some things first.

What if I don’t understand the exercises in my workout program?

Lydia has an extensive exercise library available on her YouTube channel that you can access at anytime. If you ever have a question about an exercise, you can find it there or ask her directly and she can point you in the right direction.

How long do I have to wait to see results?

Results will vary and some people may take more time than others to reach their goals. The best thing to do is set realistic goals and try to reach them one at a time. When you can break down your big goal into smaller parts it makes the process much easier and you can enjoy it. There is no timeline for results.

Do nutrition plans come with every training plan?

Lydia will help you calculate your macros and figure out a plan that works for you with every training program.  Additional nutrition coaching and meal planning is available for an additional fee.

How long are the workouts?

Every workout is created with busy women in mind. Workouts are between 30-60 minutes.

I’m a Mom, wife, and business owner who has made health and wellness a priority in my family’s life.

Finding a program can be hard. There are so many options out there and they all look amazing. If you don’t have the time to train for an hour or more at the gym every day, count calories, and meal prep for hours each week those programs won’t work for you. I’ll teach you the art of healthy habit creation, setting realistic goals, and learning how to prioritize fitness in your life no matter what. 

I’m a busy Mom too, so I know you don’t have extra time to waste on things that won’t fit into your lifestyle. My programs are designed to fit into your life no matter what that means for you. Whether you want to train in your basement or go to the gym, your program will have your specific goals in mind. I’m here to help you succeed, not give you another program that will fail you.
